1. Service Scope

4AICode provides AI model relaying, request routing, Token management, usage analytics, wallet billing, subscriptions, and referral rebates.

You can use the service through the web console or OpenAI / Anthropic-compatible APIs. Available models, speed, and quotas may be affected by upstream service status.

2. Accounts and Tokens

You need to sign in with email, GitHub, or Google. Keep your login account and API Token secure.

Requests made with a Token are billed to your organization or personal account. If a leak is discovered, revoke and recreate the Token promptly.

3. Billing and Balance

The service supports subscription quotas, wallet balances, and on-demand top-ups. Requests are billed based on actual token usage and current rates after completion.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. 4AICode does not store card information.

Bonus credits, rebates, discounts, and promotion rules are displayed on the page or in admin settings. The actual page prevails.

4. Usage Rules

Please use the service lawfully and responsibly. Do not use it for attacks, phishing, malware, credential theft, brute-force attacks, vulnerability exploitation, unauthorized scanning, spam, bulk registration, infringement of others' rights, or any other illegal purposes.

Do not circumvent the security policies, risk controls, billing rules, or access controls of 4AICode or upstream providers, including by splitting traffic, rotating Tokens, disguising identities, hiding actual use cases, or inducing models to generate prohibited content.

Bulk abuse of service resources is prohibited. Abnormal requests, malicious traffic, or actions that significantly affect service stability may be rate-limited, suspended, or terminated.

5. Risk Control Audits and Actions

To prevent abuse, protect service availability, and maintain relationships with upstream providers, 4AICode performs necessary automated security reviews, abnormal usage detection, upstream availability checks, and analysis of upstream risk-control signals.

For high-risk accounts or Tokens, 4AICode may retain redacted summaries of request content through low-probability sampling for abuse prevention analysis, rule optimization, upstream warning tracing, appeals, and dispute resolution. Requests from trusted-tier accounts remain at zero sampling.

Sample summaries are automatically redacted to remove sensitive information such as API keys, emails, private keys, and credit card numbers. Sample content is retained for no more than 30 days by default, while interception records and upstream risk-control signals are retained for no more than 90 days by default.

When the system or upstream provider detects abnormal risk, 4AICode may take measures including rate limiting, service degradation, manual review, risk tiering, Token revocation, account suspension, account termination, and refund denial. Users may submit appeals through [email protected].

6. Service Availability

4AICode strives to keep the service stable and improve availability through channel routing, troubleshooting, and service support.

Upstream model maintenance, quota limits, network failures, payment service issues, and similar events may cause temporary unavailability.
